Booking Policies

 1 . Deposits & Fees:

When booking, there is a non-refundable deposit for every booked appointment. This deposit will go toward your final payment due on the day of your appointment.

2. Late arrival:

 All appointments have a 20 minutes grace period. Please understand that this policy is to assure that every client enjoys their experience with us, and no one get started behind!

3. Cancellation

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice and 100% if you fail to show up at your appointment. Contact us here: 301 792 6376

4. Reschedule:

Please reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will be allowed a one-time courtesy to transfer your deposit.
